Owner/Tenant Notification Email Messages

The default notification email text will be displayed when you compose a statement notification email to send to owners or tenants. It should let them know they can log on to their accounts to view statements and documents, or to make a payment online.  The default message can be further customized before sending a statement notification message.

 

The Owner and Tenant messages are configured separately.  The statement notification message will be sent to all of your owners or tenants, it should not be account specific  After you have composed the default Notification Email text, click “Save Change.”  A confirmation message will be displayed to let you know that the update has been successful.
