HERO PM provides a universal inspection platform for inspecting rental properties. This is not a traditional home inspection platform, but a dedicated rental inspection platform. Where home inspections are done by licensed inspectors who are often looking for hidden and future problems, rental inspections are done by property managers or their designated staff/contractors (and as such, are often not legally termed "inspections"). The focus of a rental inspection is identifying current problem items and comparing items to their previous condition. Here are a few highlights of HERO Inspections:

• Included: Unlimited inspections are already included in your package, as long as you have both the Listings and Management systems.

• Reliable: Reports are locked in as of the date the inspection is finalized, and data is stored permanently.
