Appendix I:  Configuring Online Applications

If you charge for applications, the Online Applications feature must be used in conjunction with the Online Payments feature.  This highly advanced online application feature allows you to design an online application, and then have your prospective tenants fill it out, submit it, and pay for it online. You are able to track applications by property, by applicant, or by other application criteria. In phase 2 of the online applications feature (future) you will even be able to transmit the application information to selected screening companies with a single click, track responses, send adverse action letters, and convert accepted applicants into tenants.
