Exporting to a CSV File

The “To CSV File” option gives you the ability to save your profile data to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file.  CSV is a very useful file format because it is standardized.  A CSV file can be read by CSV viewers, like Microsoft Excel; it can be imported by most standard databases; and it can be retained as a backup and viewed on most non-Palm PDAs.  You must use the “To CSV File” option if you want to export profile data to a Windows-based PDA.
