Setting up Owners

Before your owners can submit payments online, you must make sure their accounts are properly configured.  Please refer to the “Managing RP Management System Profile Lists:  Edit a Profile” section of this guide for more information about profile authorizations.

 

You can use the RP Management->Owners->Communications->Send Email option to ask an owner to submit an online payment.  They will use the “Pay Online” option in their online account to submit payment.  Your Owners will log on to their accounts through MyRentalHome.com or your companys PM Website.
