On the right side of the RP Management System profile list, a group of detail icons are displayed so you can quickly identify the authorization levels you have enabled for each of your clients (Figure 24). Below is a glossary of the “Details” icons:
| 1. | Star: This icon indicates the PROMAS status of the client. Click on the star icon to view a star color key. The color of the star correlates with their PROMAS status. |
| 2. | Hand with globe: This icon is displayed for clients who have been granted online access. Hover over the icon to view online authorization. |
| 3. | Error: This icon warns you that the client has been authorized for online access, but there is no email address associated with their profile. A client must have an email address entered into their profile, otherwise they will be unable to create a logon or receive statement notification emails. Hover over the icon to view the error message. |
