Click the “Docs” icon beside an RP Management System profile to open the client's online document list (Figure 23a). In this screen you will Delete, Edit, View/Print, Email, and Attach (a document to a line item in a statement).
Edit a document’s subject/description. (Figure 23b)
View and/or Print a document. (Figure 23c)
You may also click “Search Again” to use the document “Lookup” feature to locate a particular file. (Figure 23d)
Attach a document to a line item of the client's active statement. (Figure 23e)
Email: Documents of type .htm and .txt can be emailed to a client.
