After the Auto Update has been processed, the most current PROMAS profile data will be displayed in your online profile lists:
RP Management->Owners->Owner List->View all Owners (Figure 17a)
RP Management->Tenants->Tenant List->View all Tenants
RP Management->Vendors->Vendor List->View all Vendors
RP Management->Units->Unit List->View all Units

You may need to click on the "Show All Owners" (Figure 17b) button to view all of your Owner Profiles. The profiles that have not yet been assigned a RP property will show up faded on the "Show All Owners" list. They will be added to the primary list as soon as a property has been assigned to their profile: either by connecting the PROMAS ID for their property in RP Listings, or by manually assigning their listing.

Lookup
You may also search for a single profile using the “Lookup” option for each profile type. After you enter your search parameters (Figure 17c), click “Find (Owner, Tenant, Vendor, Unit)” to display the search results.
