You will manage the archived inactive statements through the "View Statements" screen.
The red or amber statement icon indicates the status of the client's active statement. The blue statement icon is only displayed if there are archived statements.
1. Click on the statement icon to view an inactive statement.
2. Click on the blue Inactive Statement Icon to view and delete statements from the statement archive. (Figure 30a)
3. Mark a statement checkbox to select it for deletion. Click "Delete Marked" to purge the marked statement from the client's statement archive. (Figure 30b)
Batch Delete
Use the View Statement Batches feature to delete an entire group of uploaded statements. If you do not see the View Statement Batches button (Figure 30c) displayed in the View Statements screen, you may not be authorized to use this feature. Please contact your company’s HomeRentals.net account administrator to request assistance. You must be logged on to your HomeRentals.net Control Panel with the master PMID logon in order to batch delete statements.
