Delete a Profile

You may delete a profile from one of your RP Management System profile lists, by clicking the “Delete” icon next to it. 
 
A profile may need to be deleted if:
 

1.You no longer service the client or unit;
2.Or, you change a PROMAS ID in PROMAS. 

a.   When you change an ID in PROMAS, a new client profile will be added to the list with the new PROMAS ID.  The new information will not override the original profile. If there are duplicate profiles listed for one of your clients, you must delete the original profile manually. 

     Note: When you delete the original profile, the statements, documents, and history attached to that profile will also be deleted.

b.   You can prevent this duplication by changing the PROMAS ID in HomeRentals.net before you synchronize the updated profile from PROMAS. The Profile Editor is a master level function.

 

You must delete the owner's properties RP Listings, or reassign them to a new owner, before deleting their profile from the RP Management owner list.
