The profile data Export feature allows you to export each of your profile lists (Owner, Tenant, and Vendor) to a Palm Pilot or to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file. (Figure 51) Since the Owner, Tenant, and Vendor profile types all have the same export options, the following information applies to all of the profile types.

The RP Management System uses the recommended standards for Palm integration.
You should use the “To CSV File” option if you want to export listing data to a Windows-based PDA.
