Work Requests-Tenants

View tenant work requests through the RP Management->Tenants->Work Requests menu using the “Lookup a Work Request” or “View all Work Requests” options.  You can use the “Lookup” option to quickly locate a specific work request based on property, tenant, ID, priority, description, or date submitted.

View All Work Requests

 

All pending work requests are initially displayed on the work request screen.

 

Click the “View” icon beside a specific work request to review the work request details. (Figure 43b) The detail view includes all of the data entered by the tenant.  If a work request field has no information displayed, it was not configured as a required field and the tenant did not complete it.

 

Email notification of the work request will be sent to the maintenance contact on your HomeRentals.net account (Configuration -> Member Info).   The maintenance contact information will also be displayed on the tenant online work request form as long as you have enabled this option in System Preferences.
