Make sure tenant account authorization levels have been properly configured. (Figure 67)  The “Work Requests” feature must be enabled for them to submit work requests online. Please refer to the “Managing RP Management System Profile Lists:  Edit a Profile” section of this guide for more information.

If you do not wish to enable the tenant work request feature, you can add workorders manually. 

 

The Maintenance Contact information that is displayed on the tenant online work request screen is set up through the Configuration -> Member Info screen in your HomeRentals.net Control Panel.  If you do not have access to this screen, you will need to contact your HomeRentals.net system administrator to request assistance.
